We extended our gratin range: Besides Potato Gratin in bulk and a portioned Gourmet Gratin, we will offer a creamy Vegetable Gratin made of garden vegetables like carrots, kohlrabi, zucchini, broccoli, corn and potatoes. The vegetable mix is covered with a delicious sauce made of sour cream and Emmental Cheese.

As of autumn 2011 we offer an improved Plate-sized Swiss Style Oven Rösti 200 g. Besides its excellent taste the Rösti scores with a home-made character and a coarse potato structure. Pre-fried in high-quality rapeseed oil. Preparation is possible in steamer oven as well as in conventional oven or frying pan.
