Preheat Steamer oven to 140 °C (50 % steam, 50 % hot air). Place no more than 1.5 kg of the frozen product together with a few knobs of butter on a GN tray, heat for about 5 minutes. Season to taste and stir.
Place the frozen product into boiling salt water. Allow spaetzle to draw at low heat for about 2,5 minutes.
Heat up some butter. Fry the frozen product for about 5 minutes. Turn over several times. Season to taste.
